Hosting a Membership Meeting with the NJLCA
One of our most popular association events is our monthly membership meetings, which are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Membership meetings are open to everyone, both NJLCA members and non-members* alike. They are a great way to get customers into your place of business, helping them learn more about your company and the goods and services you provide. Membership meetings let you network with attendees, develop new business relationships and solidify existing ones. Only NJLCA associate members are allowed to host membership meetings.
The agenda for the evening is quite simple:
6:00 - 6:45 Dinner and networking
6:45 – 7:15 NJLCA business
7:15 – 7:30 Host presentation
7:30 – 8:30 Educational speaker
8:30 – 8:45 Wrap up and give-a-ways
We take care of the invitations, registration and educational speaker. Hosts are responsible for providing food and beverages, and also sending out invitations to their industry contacts. If you are too busy or unable to arrange for catering or to send out an eblast to promote the event, we can easily take care of it for you. Hosting an NJLCA membership meeting is a great to market your business at a very low price point, while also showing your support to the NJLCA.
