Help NJLCA Get Rid of Local Town Landscape Ordinances!!

Please complete the following survey.

On July 1, 2008, Franklin Lakes was planning to introduce an amended ordinance to regulate landscape contractors, those who perform lawn maintenance, and snow plow contractors.  The New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association is looking to compile information about all of the towns in New Jersey, and whether they require permits, charge fees, or accept the Home Improvement Contractors License in lieu of a permit.  We are looking to our members to help us in compiling a list of town requirements so that we may attempt to help the industry in reducing some of these fees and requirements.

Please fill out the form below or download the .PDF and return to the NJLCA as soon as possible.  You may submit the form on this page, or use the .PDF and fax to (201) 703-3600 or mail it to NJLCA, 465 Boulevard, Elmwood Park, NJ 07407.

We thank you in advance for any information you may be able to provide.  This list will hopefully give us the opportunity to help you.

or fill out the form below!

3.  What towns are you aware of that CHANGED their ordinance to accept the HIC license in lieu of a permit?
