Landscape Design/Sales
We have recently opened an
exciting new Landscape Gallery
and are searching for a
motivated, dedicated individual
who has landscape design and
customer contact experience. As
a Design/Sales associate you
will be responsible for
developing relationships with
new clients and referrals,
providing quality service and
various facets of design work.
Position
Overview:
The landscape Design/Sales
Associate is an employee who
works with clients, team members
and vendors to ensure that we
can exceed the expectations of
our clients. The Landscape
Design/Sales Associate is the
initial point of contact for all
construction related sales and
must possess strong people and
sales skills.
The
position will involve
Meeting with existing and
potential clients to establish
project requirements. Performing
site analysis and conceptual
design. Working with clients
through the decision process.
Estimating, proposing and
selling the project. Work with
production team to ensure
complete customer satisfaction
during every phase of the
project. Selection of plant
material and plant procurement.
Site layout and some management
projects
Requirements
Landscape design skills to
include sketching, hand drawing,
computer aided design, principle
of irrigation design, low
voltage lighting, hardscape
design, land grading, drainage,
and environmental regulations.
Computer
design skills with Dynascape a
plus. Generate leads through in
house marketing and outside
self-generated leads/referrals.
A degree in Horticulture/
Landscape Design or related
field and 3+ years of related
work experience including large
residential projects. Must
possess strong communication
skills (both verbal and
written). Must be client service
oriented.
